Discover how to connect deeply with yourself and others and find the comfort and wellbeing that comes with such awareness. Coming together from across the university community, we will explore how connecting with our direct experiences can extend to a feeling of connecting with others through a shared sense of physical presence and common humanity.

Experience the effects of slow-flowing physical movement, deep rhythmic breathing and calming meditation used in Qigong to promote health, spirituality and wellbeing in this session from instructor Xiao.

Dr Robles explores the deep sense of disconnection that may drive us to feel psychologically unwell – and offers some practical tips on how to avoid the pitfalls and improve our general wellbeing.

If you struggle with your posture and regularly experience aches and pains this session offers you gentle exercises including mobility, stretches and activation. This will help to mobilise your back as well as strengthen the muscles of your torso, giving you a more stable base for movement.
