Health and Safety Services
Health & Safety Services work in partnership with staff and the trade unions to help minimise significant risks in your work, whilst supporting the achievements of excellence in research, teaching and students academic activities.
Our aim is to assist you in the management of risks that your activities create by offering independent expertise and advice. We have developed a consistent safety management system delivered by a team of Health & Safety Managers, Fire Safety Managers and a Radiation Protection Officer who all provide dedicated, proactive and professional support to each faculty/service group.
