Join Leeds University Walking club on a walking trip as you get ready for the Window on Wellbeing week.

Monday 13 June

We’re launching the Window on Wellbeing week with a cracking choice of activities, from a legs, bums and tums session to spiritual labyrinth walking and a guided art tour.

Tuesday 14 June

It’s day two of the Window on Wellbeing week and we’ve a host of activities in store, including Qigong, BodyAttack, circuit cycling, jogging, a healthy posture session and a mindfulness class.

Wednesday 15 June

Get set for a feast of activities designed to enhance your wellbeing, from pilates and woodland walks to a glutes and core workout, creative writing and core posture session.

Thursday 16 June

The Window on Wellbeing week’s flying by, so make the most of today’s fun activities. With Qigong, Viva Wellbeing Insights, Body Jam and Social Run Club on offer, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

Friday 17 June

We’re ending on a wellbeing high with a whole series of events to leave you feeling calm and de-stressed, from meditation, stretching and birdwatching to SwingTrain dance, cycling and sketching.

The Window on Wellbeing programme is all about connecting with others as we discover new things together and form bonds over shared interests such as nature, walking, pilates and climbing.

Online events

Wherever you’re working, you’ll find sessions to relax the body, calm the mind, energise the body and harness the imagination, such as coherence breathing, Qigong and creative writing.
